Provider enrollment and credentialing upkeep

Keep every clinician billable.

Keptridge tracks payer enrollment, CAQH attestations, license and DEA renewals and Medicare revalidation for small medical, dental and behavioral-health practices. We chase the paperwork and follow up with payers, so nobody falls out of network and claims keep getting paid.

Send us names and NPI numbers only. No Social Security numbers, no patient information.

Tracked for every clinician

  • Payer enrollment
  • CAQH attestations, every 120 days
  • License and DEA renewals
  • Medicare revalidation, every five years

Reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days. One calendar, and a one-page report every month.

Why practices lose money here

  1. A new clinician cannot bill a payer until that payer approves the enrollment, and approval often takes two months or more.
  2. CAQH asks every provider to re-attest the profile every 120 days.
  3. Medicare revalidates every enrollment every five years. If an enrollment is deactivated, services in the deactivated period are not paid.
  4. Licenses, DEA registrations, board certifications and malpractice policies each expire on their own schedule.
  5. In most small practices, one office manager tracks all of it in a spreadsheet, between everything else.

What we do

New clinician enrollment

We collect the documents, update the CAQH profile, prepare each payer application for the clinician to review and sign, and follow up with every payer until we have an effective date.

Ongoing upkeep

One calendar holds every expiration and attestation date. We send reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days and chase documents before anything lapses.

A report every month

One page: who is at risk, which applications are stuck, and what we did about each.

How we start

  1. Free expiration check

Send us your clinicians' names and NPI numbers. Within two business days you get a one-page summary of what public records show about license expirations and Medicare revalidation due dates, and what to look at first. It is an informational summary, not a credentials verification.

  2. Tracking

We take over the calendar, the reminders and the monthly report. We work from dates and document links, not identifiers.

  3. Enrollment and full upkeep

When you add a clinician, we run the enrollment from start to finish inside your own CAQH, PECOS and payer portal accounts.

How we handle your information

  • We work inside accounts your practice owns, as a named user with multi-factor sign-in. You can remove our access at any time.
  • Social Security numbers, dates of birth and DEA numbers are entered only into your accounts and payer portals. We do not keep them in our own files or tools, and we never paste them into AI services.
  • We do not access patient records or your EHR.
  • Your clinicians review and sign every attestation and application. We never sign for anyone.
  • A one-page data handling statement is available on request.

Questions

What do you need from us to start?

For the free check, names and NPI numbers. For tracking, the dates you have and where your documents live. For enrollment, a named user on your CAQH, PECOS and payer portal accounts.

Will you sign or attest for our clinicians?

No. Clinicians review and sign everything themselves.

How long does enrollment take?

It depends on the payer; many take two months or more. We follow up on a fixed schedule and report the status of every application each month.

Do you work with billing companies?

Yes. We can work alongside your billing company, or for a billing company that serves several practices.

What does it cost?

It depends on the number of clinicians and payers. We quote after the free check.
